Priced from $199,990 is the Cliffstone, offering three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor features a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom and full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, two secondary bedrooms, laundry room and a tech center.

Priced from the $210,000s, the Pebble Stone and Ledgestone include four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Both plans offer an optional loft; and the Ledgestone offers a fifth bedroom in lieu of the formal living room.
