Pulte, Del Webb to 'Unwrap the Savings' across the Las Vegas Valley

Pulte Homes and Del Webb roll out its Unwrap the Savings event, which continues today through Monday at all of the developers' neighborhoods across the Las Vegas Valley.

Nick Parks, director of marketing for Pulte Homes/Del Webb-Nevada said the sale is the largest of the year for Pulte and Del Webb, offering huge values to those who purchase an inventory home and close before the end of the year.

  • "This is our grand finale of 2007 promotions," Parks said.

"Pulte Homes and Del Webb are highly motivated to sell and close all remaining inventory homes in 2007 and to prove it, we are offering end-of-year price reductions and incentives that we believe will exceed the highest expectations of prospective home buyers.

"In addition, Pulte Homes or Del Webb will pay all closing costs if the buyers of these selected homes present a special coupon available at PulteHomes.com/vegas.

"We want to make it as easy as possible for people to realize ownership of a Pulte or Del Webb home.

"Along with offering such incredible savings and incentives, we will also be installing yard signs and attaching huge garage magnets in front of every available inventory home in our communities so prospective buyers can take their time, drive through the neighborhood and be able to easily identify which homes are included in the promotion."

Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales, said Pulte Homes and Del Webb are also making a special offer to Realtors during the event.

She said every Greater Las Vegas Association Realtor member has been mailed or e-mailed a voucher good for an extra $5,000 bonus on the sale of the inventory homes during the Unwrap the Savings promotion.

"This is a limited opportunity for prospective buyers to save and for Realtors to earn more for their hard work," Motley said.

Motley said sales offices at all Pulte Homes and Del Webb neighborhoods will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Monday.

Sun City Mesquite is excluded from the promotion.

Pulte Homes and Del Webb offer a variety of home styles and floor plans throughout the Las Vegas Valley that range from single-story designs in age-qualified communities to affordable home designs for first-time buyers, to large, opulent residences that can accommodate the largest of families.
