"The Ridges has become the neighborhood of choice for those seeking an elegant lifestyle in one of the valley's most picturesque locations," Chandler said. "It's situated on an elevated hillside that overlooks the Las Vegas Valley adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area -- offering spectacular views from many locations."

The two half-acre home sites are each located on cul-de-sacs that offer an added degree of privacy, she said, while the one-third-acre site is located directly across from Club Ridges, the new private fitness facility exclusively for residents of The Ridges.
