Marge Lukon, a former antiques dealer, said she has found a way to decorate the contemporary space of their 1,309-square-foot Insignia floor plan.

"We wanted a lifestyle that would work for us both," Michael Lukon said. "I had to feel good about it. Marge had to feel even better. We saw Watermarke, and this floor plan, and felt right at home."
