Rhodes offers incentives on townhomes

Rhodes Homes' Fiori three-story townhome neighborhood in Tuscany Residential Village is offering incentives worth thousands to new home buyers, according to sales agent Kerri Zimmerman.

The incentives are offered on remaining homes in the development's first phase, she said.

  • "Each home is offered with up to $35,000 that can be used towards the price of the home, closing costs or to buy down the interest rate when using our preferred lender," Zimmerman said.

Models on which the incentives are offered are Fiori's Residence 2268 and 2307, both named for their square footage.

Residence 2268 includes two bedrooms, three baths, a powder room, living room, office, terrace and two-car garage. Options include a third bedroom in lieu of the office.

Residence 2307 includes two bedrooms, three baths, a powder room, living room, den, terrace and two-car garage. Options on this model include a third bedroom in lieu of the den and living room balcony for golf-course lots.

All homes included in the incentive are being offered with washing machines, dryers and refrigerators.

Most have upgrades that are included in the home price, and some are located on the 18th hole of the master plan's golf course.

"There are several homes offered in this incentive on the award-winning Tuscany golf course," Zimmerman said. "The golf-course homes have incredible views, especially from the third floor. Many of our home buyers are surprised they can live on a beautiful golf course with such views for less than $400,000 total."

Home prices at Fiori start in the high $200,000s.

The gated neighborhood features standard multi-colored paverstone driveways in addition to unique floor plan designs, Zimmerman said.

Tuscany Residential Village is a Henderson master-planned community developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Rhodes Homes.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr.

The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf magazine's No. 1 golf course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.

Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, full workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.

To visit the home models in the Rhodes townhome development inside the Henderson master-planned community, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Follow the road to Fiori.

Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call Fiori's sales office at 439-6315 or visit rhodeshomes.com.
