Aliante community rings dinner bell

Aliante offers a myriad of opportunities for fine and casual dining, most notably in the restaurant corridor of the 20-acre Aliante MarketPlace, at the southwest corner of Interstate 215 and Aliante Parkway, according to Dan Naef, senior vice president of North Valley Enterprises LLC, developer of the master-planned community.

Naef said on any given day, families of all sizes can be seen patronizing their favorite Aliante eateries. He noted that the restaurant corridor in Aliante MarketPlace is also a popular pre- and post-game destination for players, coaches and spectators attending the various youth sporting events held across the street in the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park.

North Valley Enterprises LLC, is an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Pulte. Encompassing more than 1,900 acres, the community will collectively have as many as 7,500 homes, with an anticipated population of about 20,000.

Aliante is bordered roughly by Grand Teton Drive, Centennial Parkway, Decatur Boulevard and Clayton Street. The I-215 intersects Aliante, providing easy access to Interstate 15 and U.S. Highway 95, as well as a quick commute to major destinations in the valley.

About 428 acres in Aliante are designated for recreational and public purposes including the Aliante Golf Club, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, Deer Springs Park, Aviary Park, more than 24 miles of lighted concrete trails and linear parks, and a natural arroyo.

The resort will be located on a 40-acre parcel at the northeast corner of I-215 and Aliante Parkway.
