Pricing begins from the mid-$200,000s with incentives of $15,000 for newly constructed homes and up to $30,000 for move-in-ready floor plans.

Sandy Creek Plan One is a 1,617-square-foot, three-bedroom design centered on a great-room layout adjacent to a center-island kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oak finished cabinetry, crown molding and ceramic tile countertops with splash back.

The upstairs laundry includes cabinetry for linens and is central to two secondary bedrooms. A master bath with dual-sink vanity, garden tub and separate shower is in the master suite. Structural options include a loft and covered back patio.

The 1,816-square-foot Spring Valley Plan Two includes a formal entry leading to separate family and dining room areas. A food-preparation island with dual sink and counter bar seating anchors the kitchen.

The four-bedroom, 21/2-bath design offers an upstairs laundry room and a bonus-room option. Additional structural options include, loft, covered patio and master retreat or exercise room.

Rock Springs Plan Three and Crystal Rapids Plan Four, measure 1,994 and 2,019 square feet, respectively. These semi-custom designs include up to four bedrooms, three baths, loft and two-car garages.

Options include a downstairs den in the Crystal Rapids design; bonus room and covered patio. The kitchen includes a center island, extended counter space and pantry.

Interiors include 9-foot, hand-finished ceilings on the first floor, rounded corners, recessed overhead lighting in kitchen, breakfast nook and hall and hidden hinges on cabinets.

The community is anchored by The Club at Yellowstone, a $3.5 million staffed recreation center. The Club's resort-style amenities include a family swimming pool and spa, toddler wading pool and adult private pool. Composed of three buildings, the clubhouse offers locker room access, meeting room with big-screen TV, full kitchen and children's activity center. Residents can reserve common areas for private parties. Shade canopies, basketball court, barbecue patio and an outdoor play structure are featured on the grounds. In addition, club staff regularly hosts seasonal activities throughout the year.

The 3,500-acre master-planned community features an extensive network of trails and parks. Upon completion, the community will include four elementary schools, two middle schools and a community high school.
