"With our quick move-in homes, you can enjoy all this and more. Timing is everything, and this is a great time to buy because the value and choices available right now are amazing. We have new homes starting from the mid-$100,000s, and the best thing is, you can take advantage of spectacular savings without sacrificing the quality Richmond American is known for."

Prospective buyers can stop by Richmond American's Home Gallery to make use of the builder's one-stop shopping approach.

"We know this can be a hectic season, and that's why it's the perfect time to stop by the Home Gallery," said Susan Lee, new home manager. You can relax and enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee while you browse communities and floor plans to find the home that fits your needs."

A team of sales agents is on site to provide assistance and interactive kiosks and videos provide additional information. The Home Gallery also has model kitchens for touring, color studios to simplify design choices and professional design consultants to offer advice.

The Home Gallery is open to the public and is located just off Interstate 15 and Blue Diamond Road, at 7770 Dean Martin Drive, Suite D-10. The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
