Richmond offers gated living at Valhalla Estates

Valhalla Estates by Richmond American Homes is a gated neighborhood featuring single- and two-story floor plans located in the southeastern Las Vegas Valley.

Amenities such as courtyards, master retreats and three- to five-car garages are available. Select homes include a swimming pool.

    Several homes are available for move-in before the holidays, each containing upgrades and design features, the builder said.

    "Valhalla Estates is a private, gated community where residents can enjoy plenty of living space, both indoors and out," Las Vegas Division President Ernest Belair said. "Two of the plans feature a private courtyard, and both of the two stories have a balcony."

    To learn more about homes ready for move-in, call 894-9625. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Flamingo Road exit and go west. Go north on Eastern Avenue and east on Viking Road. The sales center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Friday when it opens at noon.

    Interested buyers can also stop by the Home Gallery at 7770 S. Dean Martin Drive, Suite D-10. The Home Gallery is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
