Summerlin Centre aims for variety

Located in the heart of the Summerlin master-planned community, the village of Summerlin Centre features dozens of model homes in eight neighborhoods, all situated within walking distance of each other.

"Home buyers have convenient access to several of Summerlin's most diverse and popular floor plans in Summerlin Centre," Nikkole Liesse, marketing director for The Howard Hughes Corp.. said. "It's a great place to park the car and stroll through a variety of model homes, including single family homes, townhomes and even Summerlin's first loft project."
