Fiesta Park promotes Henderson location

Lennar's Fiesta Park is a gated, single-family home neighborhood located off East Lake Mead Drive in Henderson, providing access to U.S. Highway 95, Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and Boulder Highway.
The neighborhood features four home designs from 1,819 to 3,181 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths.
The home builder's Logic of Lennar program and "Everything you want, everything you need" motto provides amenities and upgrades that are included in the price of the home.
The exterior amenities include paver-stone driveways and walkways, upgraded front landscaping features, gated entry, and glass-look block detailing on select models. Pricing starts in the high $200,000s.
Interior features include granite kitchen countertops, upgraded raised-panel cabinetry and upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, full window coverings and a new washer and dryer.
Lennar coordinates all of the home's plumbing and lighting fixtures using brushed nickel finished styling that is carried throughout the home from baths to ceiling lights, according to company officials.
Fiesta Park features one single-story residence, the Cozumel, which offers 1,819 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage depending on home site.
Two-story residences include the Cabo with 1,898 square feet, three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage; the Acapulco with 2,302 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage; and the Veracruz with 3,181 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.
The designs provide for options that include a covered rear patio, second-story deck or veranda, stone veneers, covered front-porch entry, gas-log fireplace with tile surrounds, laundry room, kitchen pantry and food preparation island and informal dining nook.
The home has Energy Star-certified features.
To visit the Welcome Home Center, take I-215 east continuing as it becomes East Lake Mead Parkway.
Or take U.S.-95 south to East Lake Mead Parkway, turn east to Fiesta Henderson Drive, then south on Fiesta Henderson Drive to the neighborhood.
The subdivision is located in the hills above the Fiesta Casino.
