Rhodes Homes provides color at X-it

Rhodes Homes offers three-story residences at its X-it condominium development in the southwestern valley. Units are priced from the high $200,000s

"X-it is different than any development you've seen in Las Vegas," sales agent Nick Brunson said. "It is easy to identify and is in a perfect location on Tropicana near Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway. When so many neighborhoods look identical now, this one really stands out."

  • According to Brunson, many new residents at X-it are young executives and couples who enjoy the excitement of the city and were looking for an exciting home environment as well.

"We definitely have a young, hip crowd at X-it," he said. "The location is ideal for those who work on the Strip and love the Las Vegas lifestyle."

The development, located near the Spanish Trails Country Club, offers three-story townhome-style living in three floor plans. Residents have use of a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse that includes a multi-purpose recreation room, exercise room, full kitchen and lounge/media area. Outside is a pool, spa and deck area.

"It is a unique urban environment that brings a luxury element to the heart of the city," Brunson said. "The pool is heated year-round to a perfect temperature of 85 degrees, so residents can enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaping and amenities anytime. Residents have the full amenities to entertain and work out any time during the year."

X-it's three models include the Plan 1663, Plan 1690 and Plan 1759, named for their respective square footage. Each model is offered with a two-car garage on the first level, a second-floor terrace and walk-in closets.

Plan 1663 is offered with one bedroom, 21/2 baths, a hobby room and loft. The loft can be optioned as a second bedroom and is located on the third floor.

Plan 1690 is offered with two bedrooms, den and 21/2 baths. Plan 1759 includes two bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room.

The 1690 and 1759 plans both feature a third-floor laundry room.

Standard features at X-it include kitchens with granite countertops, pantries and recessed lighting. The homes also include Moen faucets throughout, 71/2-inch baseboards, raised panel solid wood doors and prewiring in all rooms for surround sound, ceiling fans and cable.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 communities throughout the area.
