Westminster offers single- and two-story homes. The homes range from 3,123 to 4,498 square feet. Prices start in the $400,000s. The home designs provide for up to five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.

Features include master suites with retreats and spa-like amenities. Other design elements may include 19-foot ceilings and a two-story turreted entry.
