Summerlin community targets a variety of attached housing options

Six neighborhoods offering 40 condominium, townhome and loft floor plans are selling in Summerlin. Combined, the floor plans range from 937 to nearly 4,000 square feet and are priced from the upper $200,000s to more than $1 million.

C2 Lofts, developed by A Christopher Co., is Summerlin's first loft project and is located in Summerlin Centre, dubbed the future "downtown" of Summerlin. The development features more than a dozen loft floor plans that range from 1,530 to 2,822 square feet and are priced from the $300,000s.

  • Fairway Hills by Toll Brothers is the only townhome neighborhood located in Summerlin's most exclusive village, The Ridges. The neighborhood features six floor plans that range from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet and are priced from the mid-$600,000s.

    Westmark Homes is developing Coronado in The Paseos Village and Mira Villa in The Canyons Village. Coronado features seven Hacienda-inspired condominium floor plans that range from 1,305 to 1,803 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s. Mira Villa features six luxury condominiums that range from 2,071 to 3,917 square feet and are priced starting in the low $900,000s.

    William Lyon Homes is developing two multifamily home neighborhoods in Summerlin Centre, including West Park Courtyards and West Park Villas. West Park Courtyards features four townhome floor plans that range from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s. West Park Villas also features four townhome floor plans that range from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s.

    Each neighborhood offers a variety of social and recreational amenities.

    C2 Lofts features a lifestyle center with a pool, spa, fitness center, concierge service and roof gardens.

    Fairway Hills features a private clubhouse, fitness center, media room, swimming pool, three spas, barbecue site, fire pit, recreation area, putting green, covered community patio and catering kitchen.

    Mira Villa's neighborhood amenities will include a private pool, fitness center, card/TV room and outdoor verandah.
