Toll Brothers promotes Franklin Park at Providence in the northwest

Franklin Park at Providence, a Toll Brothers neighborhood in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, features two choices of home designs: the Carriage and Balboa collections.

The Carriage Collection consists of the Savona, a two-story, 2,812-square-foot design, and the Terracina, a two-story, 3,011-square-foot design. Both models are characterized by Mediterranean architectural style.

  • The Balboa Collection features four of Toll Brothers' most popular models, according to Gary Mayo, president of Toll Brothers, Las Vegas.

The 2,489-square-foot Miramar and the 3,152-square-foot Verano designs both feature a Country Manor exterior elevation with interior design elements and upgrades.

Mayo said the charm of a French vineyard is reflected in the Sonoma model, a 2,695-square-foot plan distinguished by a dramatic circular entry. On the exterior, it features the Bordeaux architectural style.

For those who appreciate Santa Barbara-inspired design, the two-story, 2,869-square-foot Solano model evokes an American Riviera, Mayo said.

"Toll Brothers model homes are professionally designed, upgraded and furnished both inside and out," Mayo said. "Franklin Park supermodels reflect the best of Toll Brothers and its design partners, thus they are incredibly attractive to home buyers with a penchant for perfection."

Built by the Focus Property Group, Providence is a 1,200-acre master-planned community that celebrates the American heritage with old-fashioned baseball parks, statues honoring American literary figures and tree-lined promenades.

In addition to the six furnished models now available for purchase, Toll Brothers offers a selection of home sites and plans at Franklin Park at Providence.

To reach the Franklin Park sales office from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit on Hualapai Way and head north to Dorrell Lane. Turn west on Dorrell and north on Shaumber Road.

The sales office, on the west side of Shaumber, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For additional information, call 469-2271.
