Avante Homes offers promotion

Locally owned and operated Avante Homes ends its Save 100K Today promotion today at Indigo Run in Henderson.

Celebrating the closeout of this gated neighborhood, the promotion offers $100,000 in savings and incentives to home buyers, according to Dean Welsh, Avante vice president of new home sales.

    Buyers of the available Indigo model will receive a full home theater system. With the builder's reduced pricing and incentives, prices begin from the high $300,000s, Welsh said. All homes are ready for immediate move-in.

    "Our Indigo Run neighborhood has become one of the most sought-after new home communities anywhere in the valley," he said. "As we close out, we're offering home buyers one more opportunity to live in an intimate, gated development with a family feel and this is an absolute liquidation sale."

    The neighborhood offers three floor plans ranging from 2,445 to 3,665 square feet with up to six bedrooms, 31/2 baths and three-car garage.

    Floor plans include the 2,445-square-foot Azure. The home includes four bedrooms and 21/2 baths and offers an attached casita option with full bath and walk-in closet. The great-room layout includes a full breakfast nook. The kitchen looks onto separate dining and living room areas. The master suite features a separate dressing area with walk-in and linen closets. The master bath includes a dual vanity, garden tub and shower. All secondary bedrooms have walk-in closets.

    The 2,918-square-foot Cobalt is a five-bedroom, three-bath design highlighted by a formal living room and dining room. The floor plan has a downstairs bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath. The kitchen features a work island, counter-bar seating and nook. There also is a great room with media niche and fireplace option.

    Upstairs, a private master suite offers a large walk-in closet and dual-vanity master bath with garden tub and shower.

    "This design is formal, well-appointed and upgraded," Welsh said. "Made to be lived in."

    The Indigo plan is the neighborhood's signature design and measures 3,665 square feet. The home includes a downstairs mother-in-law quarters with bedroom and full bath.

    A formal entry leads to a great-room layout adjacent to an island kitchen with L-shaped counter-bar seating.

    The kitchen includes a dry-goods pantry, butler's pantry and nook. Upstairs is open to the floor below with a secondary bedroom offering a second master suite with bath option and another bedroom easily converted to a bonus or media room option.
