Pardee Homes presents Northpointe

Pardee Homes' Northpointe is the builder's latest addition to its Eldorado Highlands planned community in North Las Vegas.

"Northpointe was designed with families in mind, with flexible features such as spacious laundry/hobby rooms, large kitchens and family rooms, bonus rooms, up to six bedrooms and three-car garages," said Pardee Homes regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Northpointe is located in an area near the master-planned Aliante master-planned community.

The neighborhood features one- and two-story homes with up to six bedrooms and three baths in four floor plans that range in size from 2,321 to 3,861 square feet.

Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs, and prices start from the low $300,000s.

Residence One measures 2,321 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den and three-car garage in a single-story design.

Residence Two measures 3,200 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den, loft and three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with an optional fifth bedroom and third bath.

Residence Three is a two-story home that measures 3,515 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den, bonus room and three-car garage. A fifth bedroom and third bath is offered in lieu of the den.

Residence Four measures 3,861 square feet in a two-story design with six bedrooms, four baths, library, loft and three-car garage.

The Eldorado community includes an elementary school that was named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello.

It also has a fire station and is adjacent to the Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park. The home builder donated these parks to the city of North Las Vegas.

Eldorado is located close to major shopping centers with grocery stores, restaurants, postal services, dentistry and animal care, Tuvell said.

To visit, from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on Aliante Parkway, then turn left onto Deer Springs Way. Take Deer Springs east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right.

The sales office and models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
