Rhodes Homes prepares to close out opening phase of Fiori

Tuscany Residential Village, Rhodes Homes' master-planned community in Henderson, is closing out the first phase of Fiori, a development of three-story townhomes.

"Many people believe that getting in a community during its first phase is one of the smartest home-buying decisions they've made," Fiori sales agent Marietta Manayan said. "Fiori is the only townhome development in Tuscany, and the three-story floor plans make them very desirable to new home buyers."

"There are already amazing views of the city, mountains and golf course from Tuscany, but when you are three stories up in a Fiori townhome, the view is absolutely magnificent," she said.

Rhodes Homes is offering special incentives, valued at up to $35,000, on the remaining home sites, according to Manayan.

Incentives can be used towards the price of the home, closing costs or to buy down the interest rate when using the developer's preferred lender, she said.

The company is also offering Fiori's model homes for sale.

"These model homes are fully furnished, completely upgraded and professionally decorated," Manayan said. "They are being offered for incredible prices for the value of their upgrades, furnishings and designs."

Three model homes offered for sale at Fiori include Residence 2106, Residence 2268 and Residence 2307, which are named for their respective square footage.

Each three-story home includes two bedrooms, walk-in closets, three baths, powder room, terrace and an optional third bedroom.

Residence 2106 features a great room and den. Residence 2268 features a living room and office; and Residence 2307 features a living room, den and living room balcony with golf-course lots.

Home prices at Fiori start in the high $200,000s.

The gated neighborhood feature standard multi-colored paverstone driveways.

Tuscany Residential Village is a master-planned community developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Rhodes Homes.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf-course architect Ted Robinson Jr.

The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.
