According to Gary Mayo, group president for Toll Brothers, Fairway Hills provides home buyers the opportunity to enjoy low-maintenance homes in an upscale area.

Fairway Hills is the only townhome neighborhood located in The Ridges Village. Upon completion, the neighborhood will feature 128 units, a clubhouse, swimming and spa areas, barbecue areas, fire pit, recreation area, putting green, covered community patio and a catering kitchen.

"These amenities are ideal for those who enjoy entertaining and an active outdoor lifestyle," Mayo said.

The Ridges Village features a Bear's Best golf course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as Club Ridges, an exclusive fitness and health club that features private tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness center and a community center for the exclusive use of Ridges residents.

The Ridges is a nearly 800-acre, guard-gated residential village that features several of the valley's most prestigious custom-home neighborhoods.

Nestled against the mountainside adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the village offers views of the Las Vegas Valley and the Las Vegas Strip.

The Howard Hughes Corp. commenced development on The Ridges in 2000.

To date, nearly 250 custom- home sites have sold in The Ridges. Custom-home sites are typically priced from the $400,000s to more than $2 million.
