American West elevates residences throughout valley

Homeowners can use alternative to stairs

American West has included elevators in its three-story residences at four different neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley.

  • A 3,727-square-foot, three-story floor plan is available in the Silverado Springs neighborhood at Silverado Ranch in the southeast and the same floor plan is featured at the Windsor neighborhood at Highlands Ranch located in the southwest.

    Prices start at $473,500.

    The home features five bedrooms, 31/2 baths and an extended two-car garage to provide space for an extended hobby or work area. The first floor has a mudroom, laundry center with shelving, storage or playroom, bedroom with bath and a game room with a media niche. The main floor features a great room and dining room with an adjacent covered balcony.

    The kitchen, also located on the main floor, has a dining island, pantry and breakfast nook. A den is located adjacent to the kitchen while a powder room is on the main floor. Three additional bedrooms, a full bath and a master suite are located on the third floor. The master bath has a walk-in closet, double vanity and spa shower with a seat.

    American West's 4,770-square-foot, three-story floor plan is available in the Kensington neighborhood located in Highlands Ranch and the Woodbridge neighborhood in the Coronado Ranch community, which will open in March.

    The central elevator functions to connect the three stories, and the home also contains five bedrooms and 31/2 baths. The first floor includes a game room, bedroom, laundry center and storage area which has the option to become a wine cellar. The main floor features a formal living and dining room with an adjacent covered balcony.

    The island kitchen, also located on the main floor, features a butler's pantry and nook.

    There's a powder bath on the main floor. Three additional bedrooms, full bath and master suite are located on the third floor. The master bath has a walk-in closet, double vanity and separate tub and shower.

    Prices start from $569,500.
