Homes contain foyers, master suites, family rooms, dining areas and spa-like master baths. Features such as courtyards, balconies, and front and side porches adorn the homes' exteriors.

Single-family home collections include the Barcelona, priced from the high $400,000s; the Balboa, priced from the high $300,000s; and the Coronado, priced from the low $300,000s.

Homes range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet with as many as four bedrooms.

The Casa Citta Collection features townhomes ranging from 2,736 to 2,817 square feet, with prices starting from the mid-$300,000s.

A Henderson version of New York's legendary brownstones, the collection includes a trio of three-story homes with three or four bedrooms. All three plans are modeled. Homes feature entertaining areas, island kitchens, master retreats with balconies and first-floor bonus rooms that can be used as a guest suite, media center, exercise room or home office.

The structures at the Castellos Collection feature four condominium homes ranging from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet. These two-story homes include two or three bedrooms, master suites with a walk-in closet and separate shower and tub, lofts and balconies. Prices start from the low $200,000s, and all floor plans are depicted in some models.

Inspirada contains seven villages as well as a central park and community center.

Streets are designed with the village concept, and contain elements such as landscaped center islands.

Toll Brothers homeowners have access to their own clubhouse, which will include a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two pools and a tot lot.

Located within Inspirada along Via Firenze Road off Volunteer Boulevard in Henderson, the Toll Brothers sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For additional information, call 399-2100 or visit TollBrothersAtInspirada.com.
