Builder features five designs at Woodbridge

    • The Alexander floor plan measures 3,435 square feet and contains four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room, library, as well as an upstairs game room and study.

    Featuring 3,536 square feet, the Benjamin floor plan includes five bedrooms and three baths.

    The 4,039-square-foot Elizabeth plan offers four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

    The Gabrielle offers 3,500 square feet and contains six bedrooms and four baths.

    At 4,770 square feet, the Nathaniel is the largest floor plan and contains five bedrooms and 31/2 baths.

    To visit Woodbridge, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west to Rainbow Boulevard. Turn left (south) on Rainbow Boulevard, then turn left on Wigwam Avenue. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
