Rhodes Homes tailors X-It to use maximum space

Development features three-story residences

Rhodes Homes is offering incentives and immediate move-ins at X-It, a development of three-story residences located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"For home buyers who are looking for something different than the traditional two-story, single-family home, X-It is the perfect neighborhood," sales manager John Means said. "From the modern architecture to the bright exterior colors, this community definitely makes a statement."

  • X-It is situated near the corner of West Tropicana Avenue and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

    "Everything about the community was designed with busy, young professionals in mind," Means said. "The location makes it convenient to shop and be entertained right near your home. And for those who like to play as hard as they work, the homes make maximum use of the space and the neighborhood offers the perfect amenities."

    Each of three floor plans includes a first-floor hobby room or den that also can be used as an artist's studio, home gym or office.

    X-It's model homes include the Plan 1663, Plan 1690 and Plan 1759, named for their respective square footage. Each home offers a two-car garage on the first level, a second-floor terrace and walk-in closets.

    Plan 1663 contains one bedroom, 21/2 baths, hobby room and loft. The loft can be optioned as a second bedroom and is located on the home's third floor.

    Plan 1690 is offered with two bedrooms, a den and 21/2 baths.

    Plan 1759 includes two bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room. Both of these plans feature a third-floor laundry room.

    X-It's new program offers buyers as much as $30,000 in incentives that can be used toward the base price of the home to buy down the interest rate or toward options and upgrades.

    "Our incentive program is very flexible," Means said. "Depending on their interests, home buyers can choose what is most important to them. Whether it's upgraded flooring or lower monthly payments, they have more options than ever before."

    Standard features at X-It include kitchens with granite countertops, pantries and recessed lighting.

    Prices start in the high $200,000s.
