The guard-gated neighborhood offers homes ranging from 3,168 to 4,320 square feet. With Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop designs, one- and two-story Tremezzo homes include features such as interior courtyards for outdoor entertaining, as well as a second-story club room in the Plan Two X.

Four floor plans include three to five bedrooms, 21/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages, with prices starting from the high $800,000s.

Tremezzo is Pardee's second neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas. The Bella Fiore neighborhood is located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance. Prices start from the high $600,000s.

Pardee provides initial country club memberships to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore, Tuvell said. Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls or Reflection Bay, he said.
