Rhodes announces new pricing at West 57th

West 57th, a 32-home neighborhood with views of the mountains in southwestern Las Vegas, is now being offered by Rhodes Homes with prices starting at $213,000.

"This boutique neighborhood is so unique in that it is small enough for residents to know all of their neighbors but developed by the largest private builder in Las Vegas," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes. "It allows us flexibility in not just the location and design of the neighborhood, but also with the base prices when possible."

  • West 57th offers three floor plans ranging from 1,720 to 2,225 square feet.

"This gives even more people the opportunity to purchase a new home in a beautiful location at a price they can manage," Soucie said. "The homes have been very popular, and we expect them to sell even more quickly with our new pricing."

The new prices at West 57th become effective this weekend and are offered on the remaining homes, Soucie said. Models are available for tours by appointment only.

West 57th is located a few blocks from the new Bishop Gorman High School.

Three models are offered: the 1720 Residence, 1832 Residence and 2255 Residence, each named for its square footage. Each two-story home includes a fireplace, upstairs laundry room and two-car garage.

The 1720 Residence provides three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room and loft. Its master bedroom includes two walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings.

The 1832 Residence includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, great room and a loft that can be converted into a fourth bedroom or master retreat. The 2255 Residence includes four bedrooms, three baths and a loft that can be converted into a fifth bedroom.

Rhodes Homes provides upgrades as standard features at West 57th, according to Soucie. Standard features include six-inch baseboards, raised-panel doors with levered hardware, prewiring for an alarm system and pre-wiring for a barbecue stub in the rear yard. West 57th is also wired for digital with every room in the home featuring prewiring for ceiling fans, cable television and phone all in one location.

Homes are Energy Star-certified and include dual-pane low-e windows, 13 SEER air-conditioning units, programmable thermostats and blown-in cellulose insulation.

Rhodes Homes is developing 16 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas area.

To visit West 57th, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Sunset Road and exit heading west. Continue on Sunset to the community on the right. Appointments to view the models are available daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
