Astoria holds promotion at eight neighborhoods

Astoria Homes' eight Las Vegas neighborhoods are holding an Inventory Elimination event through March 31.

"Astoria Homes needs to make room for its brand new 2008 models, so we are offering huge savings and incentives for the last homes available in all of our communities," said Geoff Gorman, Astoria Homes' senior vice president of sales.

"This is the last chance for home buyers to purchase one of the home designs from The Lanes and The Courts as these designs will no longer be produced at future Astoria Homes communities," Gorman said.

Astoria Homes offers a variety of flexible floor plans, including detached single-family homes, three-story designs, and executive homes. Homes also include courtyards, bonus rooms, owners' retreats, dens, lofts, flex space, mini-suites, two- and three-car garages, and are Energy Star-certified.
