Warmington holds Best Ever Sales Event

During Warmington Homes Nevada's Best Ever Sales Event, home shoppers and real estate professionals are invited to take advantage of a personal home-buying concierge.

Now available by phone or online at BestEverSalesEvent.com, Warmington sales manager John Upchurch is offering private consultations to help shoppers navigate the home-buying process, including helping with neighborhood selection, answering financing questions and assisting buyers with finding the lowest prices.

    The new concierge service's motto is: "Ask Us How, Ask Us Now."

    "My goal is to help prospective home buyers feel more comfortable about their choices and to help them resolve any issues that may be standing between them and their new home purchase," Upchurch said.

    These seven neighborhoods are located throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with many of them in master-planned communities.

    Homes feature a variety of upgrades and include financing incentives when buyers utilize Warmington's preferred lender, Upchurch said.

    All new Warmington Homes Nevada neighborhoods feature resident-exclusive community facilities such as parks, tot lots, clubhouses, pools, spas and fitness centers.

    Most homes include patios, porches, fully landscaped front yards, cabinetry, full-size washers and dryers, blinds on windows and doors, and kitchens with refrigerators and other appliances.

    Also included are walk-in closets and interior laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets.
