  • "This is an extremely well- constructed home with unique styling and superb floor plan design," Lloyd Johnson said. "I am familiar with many facets of real estate, including construction, and was pleased with the great attention to detail and planning that was given to the overall design of our home at Provence Estates."

The neighborhood, which is located in the southwestern valley, features single-story floor plans and home sites that average 10,000 square feet. Prices start at $500,000.

"We just added a pool to our backyard," Wanda Johnson said. "We have an extremely spacious lot even after our pool was put in we still had plenty of additional room. The orientation of our home site allows for a very private surrounding -- it is one of the favorite aspects of our home."

The neighborhood offers two floor plans that range from 3,096 to 3,838 square feet. Both include up to four bedrooms, 31/2 baths and three- or four-space garages. The neighborhood has no homeowners association.

The Johnsons purchased the Canterbury Residence, Plan One.

Price-inclusive features include KitchenAid stainless-steel appliance package, fireplaces, two-tone interior paint scheme, upgraded casing and baseboards, granite slab kitchen counters and maple wood cabinetry.

The homes incorporate a library, study, formal living and dining rooms, service entry, laundry rooms with storage space and master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, per plan.

Also included are a variety of architectural elements such as cultured stone, shutters, covered patios, courtyards and covered front porch entries per plan.

Master suites include bath with granite countertops, oval soaking tub with optional jets, dual china sinks with Moen chrome faucets, maple cabinetry, elongated toilets, walk-in closet and make-up vanity in select plans.

Custom options are available and include energy-efficient roof sheeting, wet bars with wine cooler, vegetable sink, French doors and paverstone driveways and walkways.
