Richmond American chows down

Richmond American's Home Gallery will serve as the venue today for Spring Cuisine, a live cooking demonstration with Michael Jordan, executive chef and co-owner of Rosemary's Restaurant. The doors open at 10 a.m. and the demonstration begins at 10:30 a.m.

"If you're tired of cooking the same old recipes and want to give your palate something fresh and new, this is the perfect solution," New Home Manager Susan Lee said. "Chef Jordan has a flair for combining flavorful ingredients to create dishes that are unique and delicious. He's a great chef, as well as a great entertainer and instructor. He shows you how to take the basics and turn them into gourmet creations."

    • To attend today's event at the Home Gallery, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit. Go west on Blue Diamond, north on South Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road. Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery. located at 7770 South Dean Martin Drive, Suite 10.

    Spring Cuisine is one of the many complimentary events Richmond American holds at the Home Gallery. Other events include informative seminars on topics such as home building and interior design.     Guests are also welcome to stop by the Home Gallery any time. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

    The Home Gallery offers a unique one-stop shopping approach that allows visitors to explore communities, floor plans and design options all in one location.
