Pardee touts Madera at Vista Verde

Pardee Homes is showcasing homes at its Madera neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas that are available for quick move-in. This includes Plan 2C at home site 157, Plan 3C at home site 62, Plan 3C at home site 154 and Plan 4C at home site 137.

  • Madera Plan 2C at home site 157 is a single-story home with a courtyard entry and pool-size home site, plus many upgrades.

    Measuring 2,793 square feet, this home has four bedrooms, three baths, family room and two-car plus single-car garage. It is priced at $403,650.

    Madera Plan 3C at home site 62 is a two-story home that measures 3,622 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room, family room, loft and den and two-car plus single-car garage.

    This home features an entry to an open floor plan, corner home site and large backyard. It is priced at $431,250.

    Also available is a Plan 3C at home site 154, which measures 3,959 square feet.
