Autumn Ridge Plan One measures about 2,445 square feet with up to three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and features a split three-car garage design that allows the single-car garage to be built as an optional studio.

The single-story home has an open great room, island kitchen and office option at the third bedroom.

Plan Two is a single-story design that includes 2,695 square feet with three bedrooms, den, three full baths, separate dining and living room, island kitchen with breakfast nook and seating at the island plus an adjoining family room.

Plan Three is a two-story design that includes 3,386 square feet with a split three-car garage, up to five bedrooms, including a bedroom and full bath located downstairs, up to 41/2 baths, separate dining and living rooms, kitchen with breakfast nook and seating at the kitchen island.

Upstairs, the home features an optional loft or bedroom, as well as a laundry room and optional balcony off of the master bathroom.

With about 3,727 square feet, Plan Four is a two-story home with a dramatic rotunda that opens into the living room, separate dining room or the island kitchen and adjoining family room. The five-bedroom, 41/2-bath home features a bedroom and full-bath downstairs and a bonus room, loft, laundry room, and optional master suite balcony upstairs.

The residence also includes a split three-car garage.
