City Homes offers three new townhome models with two-car direct-access garages and as many as four bedrooms. They measure from 1,110 to 1,550 square feet, one of which is a New York-style loft design.

"Our New York-style loft features a second-floor master suite with loft, perfect for the professional single. It offers lots of open space and its high ceilings give it an airy feel. Plus, it offers a zero-maintenance lifestyle and a two-car direct access garage," Genovese said.

Village Homes features three new models and four floor plans measuring 2,207 to more than 2,900 square feet. The two-story, single-family, alley-loaded homes feature up to five bedrooms with lofts, dens, bonus rooms and up to three-car garages.

Estate Homes offers two new models and three floor plans. Luxury residences measure 3,039 to more than 3,400 square feet. They offer as many as six bedrooms, island kitchen and two- and three-car tandem garages.

To be unveiled at the end of May are three new models and five floor plans at Meritage's Garden Homes neighborhood. The Meritage neighborhoods are located within one of the seven planned villages in Inspirada. Each features a mixture of homes in varied sizes, designs and architectural styles. Meritage is among eight builders and developers at the nearly 2,000-acre community in Henderson where as many as 13,000 homes may eventually be built.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to St. Rose Parkway, travel east and turn south on Executive Airport Road, following the signs. Or, take Eastern Avenue to St. Rose Parkway, head west to Executive Airport Road and then go south.

Meritage sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when models open at 11 a.m.
