Richmond American touts Terraza homes at Southern Highlands

Set within the Southern Highlands master plan in southern Las Vegas, Richmond American offers three homes from its Arbor Collection at Terraza.

  • Starting at $242,990, the two-story Cottonwood floor plan offers four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage in 1,650 square feet.

    The floor plan features three bedrooms and a study with volume ceiling on the first floor. On the second floor are the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. A balcony is located off the master and another is available off the dining room.

    Priced at $252,990, the two-story Maple offers three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage in 1,700 square feet. The home includes an island kitchen and breakfast bar. The main floor is accented by a stairway leading to a loft which separates the master suite from the secondary bedrooms.

    The two-story Willow, priced from $262,990, provides three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage in 2,050 square feet.

    Willow's first floor features a circular entry, family room, formal dining room and large kitchen with breakfast nook. The second floor of the residence includes a loft, tech center with optional built-in desk, two bedrooms and a master suite. The master suite includes a master bath, matching walk-in closets and separate vanities.

    For a limited time, Richmond American is offering incentives to new buyers in the Value Stacks Up promotion, according to the builder. Buyers are eligible to choose six options from a variety of Home Gallery upgrades at no additional cost, the company said.

    To visit Terraza, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose/Southern Highlands Parkway. Head north on Southern Highlands Parkway and turn north on South Dean Martin Drive.

    The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday when it opens at noon.

    Las Vegas Lemonade wrote on May 03, 2008 09:49 AM: Use caution when buying a Richmond American Home. My brand new 236K Richmond American home came with mold and visible raw sewage. Richmond American refused to make repairs for 6 weeks when a local reporter began showing interest in my house.
