Pardee Homes designs residences for families, offers hobby room

Residence Three at Pardee Homes' Northpointe neighborhood features a kitchen pantry and oversized laundry/hobby room.

"This home measures about 3,515 square feet and is a showstopper for families, especially when they see the functional design, which offers up to five bedrooms and three baths, a den and bonus room," said Pardee Homes' Regional sales director Rob Tuvell. "What family wouldn't love to have a designated place for family projects and homework, as well as a spacious pantry to accommodate trips to the warehouse store? This floor plan has all of that and more, including an open great room and island kitchen, three-bay garage, separate dining room and optional deck off the master bedroom."

  • Northpointe is the builder's latest addition to its Eldorado Highlands master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

"Northpointe was designed with families in mind, with flexible features such as spacious laundry/hobby rooms, large kitchens and family rooms, bonus rooms, up to six bedrooms and three-bay garages," Tuvell said. "Families of all sizes will find a home to fit their lifestyle here."

The community is near Aliante, a North Las Vegas master-planned community. The neighborhood features one-, and two-story homes in four floor plans that range from 2,321 to 3,861 square feet.

Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

Northpointe Residence One measures 2,321 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den and three-car garage in a single-story design.

Residence Two measures 3,200 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, den, loft and three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with an optional fifth bedroom and third bath.

Northpointe Residence Four measures 3,861 square feet in a two-story design with six bedrooms, four baths, library, loft and three-car garage.

The Eldorado community includes a fire station, an elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, the adjacent Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park, both donated by Pardee to the city of North Las Vegas.

Eldorado has grown into a mature community, according to Tuvell. It is located close to major shopping centers with grocery stores, restaurants, postal services, dentistry and animal care, in addition to other services.

To visit the Northpointe neighborhood from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on Aliante Parkway then turn left onto Deer Springs Way. Take Deer Springs east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right.

The sales office and models are located on the left and are open between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
