Richmond American's Terraza homes offer special pricing, floor plan options

Set within Southern Highlands master plan in southern Las Vegas, Richmond American offers three homes from its Arbor Collection at Terraza.

Starting at $242,990, the Cottonwood floor plan offers a two-story, 1,650-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage.

  • This home can be designed with three bedrooms and a study with volume ceiling on the first floor.

    Terraza is offering special incentives to all new buyers with the Value Stacks Up promotion, according to the home builder.

    Buyers are eligible to choose six options from a variety of Home Gallery upgrades at no additional cost.

    To visit Terraza, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose/Southern Highlands Parkway. Head north on Southern Highlands Parkway and turn north on South Dean Martin Drive.
