Priced from the $250,000s, the 2,150-square-foot Pebble Stone offers an open layout.

The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room flows into the kitchen and nook. Upstairs, the master suite includes a walk-in closet, split dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. One of the secondary bedrooms offers an optional loft.
