Couple's search for home ends at Coronado Ranch

Rose and Rod Jung spent six months looking for homes before they purchased one at American West Promontory in Coronado Ranch.

  • Promontory offers five floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 3,321 square feet. The one- and two-story homes feature two to six bedrooms and 21/2 to three baths. Homes offer formal living and dining room and a family room. Options include dens, studies, libraries, game rooms and three-car garages. Prices start at $389,500. Coronado Ranch is located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

    "Coronado Ranch is one of the best locations in the valley. Everything you need is right here, including neighborhood schools, local shopping and great restaurants," sales agent Bob Amico said.

    To visit Promontory, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Rainbow Boulevard. Head south on Rainbow. Turn left on Robindale Road and right on Silver Strand Street to Coronado Crest Avenue and the models are on the left.
