The Plan One has three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage in 1,577 square feet.

Pardee's San Rafael features a small neighborhood park with a play structure and walking path.

"Our families really love the park as well as our neat cul-de-sacs and tree-line curvilinear streets throughout San Rafael," Tuvell said.

"The neighborhood has its own character and charm with a lot of young families and professionals calling it home."

To visit, from Craig Road, travel north on Camino Al Norte until it becomes Camino Eldorado, proceed north to Ann Road and turn left. The model park entrance is one-half mile ahead on the left.

Visitors are welcome to tour models and learn about the neighborhood. Offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
