"American West Kingsbridge offers a design for nearly every lifestyle and taste," he said. "Residents are greeted by classical architectural detailing, front porches adorned with custom paving stones and professionally landscaped front yards."

Priced from $299,500, the homes include three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to 31/2 baths and two-car garage. Room configurations, based on plan, include an open great-room layout, formal dining room, study, game room and master retreat. The neighborhood's featured floor plan, The William, introduces a three-story design with the secondary and master bedrooms situated at the third floor with a centralized, open study area, laundry room and two full baths, including the master.

The 2,544-square-foot layout is highlighted by granite kitchen countertops, custom cabinetry, sculptured railings with glass inserts, raised-panel interior doors and recessed lighting. These highlights are included in all Kingsbridge home designs, from the 1,486-square-foot Andrew to the Samantha, which measures 1,864 square feet.

Bath designs in each model include cultured marble vanities, Roman tub and separate showers. All master baths are appointed with cultured marble walls. Other standard features include Moen faucets, Closet Maid shelving and Whirlpool appliances. Other features homes include granite kitchen countertops, custom cabinetry, sculptured railings with glass inserts, raised-panel interior doors, and recessed lighting.

Kingsbridge is located within American West's Coronado Ranch planned community and features tree-lined streets and walking paths. The community is anchored by the Lawrence and Heidi Canarelli Middle School, named in honor of American West president and his wife, and also includes Tony Alamo and Judith Steele elementary schools and Sierra Vista High School.

Coronado Ranch is composed of seven American West neighborhoods, three of which are actively selling: Promontory, Kingsbridge and Woodbridge. Coronado Ranch is in proximity to the new shopping, entertainment and service amenities of the growing southwest area, including Mimi's Cafe, Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, Best Buy, Home Depot, Sam's Club and Wal-Mart.

The community also is in proximity to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, providing access to the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport.
