Pulte Homes reports brisk pace of sales activity at Monteverdi

Pulte Homes' Monteverdi neighborhood in North Las Vegas is doing brisk business as it enters its second phase of sales, according to sales agent Stephanie Beck.

The private, gated townhome neighborhood is located in the north valley, adjacent to the Aliante master-planned community -- off Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at Decatur Boulevard.

  • Beck said 51 homes have already been sold at Monteverdi.

The neighborhood features three-story townhome designs measuring 1,692, 1,841 and 2,075 square feet. The floor plans are designed to accommodate all types of lifestyles, from singles and first-time buyers to expanding families or roommates. Homes with up to four bedrooms and 31/2 baths are available and prices start in the lower $180,000s.

"Monteverdi offers far beyond what buyers will expect to find in a typical condominium or townhome neighborhood," Beck said. "Along with a relaxed and carefree lifestyle, where all the landscaping maintenance is taken care of, our buyers also have the advantage of living in their own spacious homes -- each of which is designed from more of a single-family perspective."

Beck pointed out that the on-site recreational facilities at Monteverdi have also been a major lure for buyers.

"Our private, community center features a state-of-the-art fitness center with all of the newest cardio and free weight equipment," she said. "Also, one of the most popular gathering spots in Monteverdi is the adjacent pool and spa area where residents can enjoy a swim, relax poolside with a good book, and enjoy the company of good friends and neighbors."

The Aliante master-planned community is located less than a half mile to the north of Monteverdi and offers amenities and conveniences such as parks, trails, retail shopping centers and professional services.

Beck said along with affordable pricing, Monteverdi also offers competitive financing options, including down payment assistance for qualified buyers.

Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards at Monteverdi, which includes brand-name amenities as standard features, Beck said. They include granite surface countertops, York heating and air conditioning systems, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures and Sea Gull lighting.

Additionally, Pulte residences are constructed with Environments for Living building technology.

To reach Monteverdi take I-215 to Decatur Boulevard and exit south. Make the first left turn on Rice Road (east) and follow the street as it wraps around to the left (north). Cross over Ranch House Road and enter directly into the neighborhood. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday when it opens at noon.
