Richmond American provides discounts

June is National Homeownership Month, and Richmond American is celebrating with its "Richmond Ready, Right Now," offer, which provides discounted pricing on finished homes that contract by June 18 and close by June 30.

Special financing may also be available through Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp. Customers also can receive an exclusive online offer by visiting MoreAddedValue.com and entering promotion code LVDM10, according to Robert Morganti, vice president of sales.

  • "Summer is the most popular season to move, and if you're ready right now, you're in luck," Morganti said.

"We have a great selection of finished homes, with prices starting as low as the $160,000s. Each home is different, but they all come complete with a variety of great design upgrades.

"And since they're already built, you can walk through and get a feel for which one fits your needs. Best of all, the homes are ready to move into right now, so you can be settled in time to throw a big barbecue for the Fourth of July."

More information about the quick move-in homes featured in the "Richmond Ready, Right Now" event is available at 877-420-1868 or at RichmondAmerican.com.

Interested buyers can also learn more about the offer by visiting Richmond American's Home Gallery, located off Interstate 15 and Blue Diamond Road, at 7770 Dean Martin Drive, Suite D-10.

    Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

"The Home Gallery is the easiest way to see everything that's available and narrow down your choices," said new home manager Susan Lee.

"Our new home specialists will help you browse neighborhoods and show you the most current listing of quick move-in homes and prices.

"You'll be able to see each floor plan and location, preview the design options and upgrades and then get driving directions to the homes you're most interested in. It's a one-stop shopping resource that makes the whole process so much easier."

Richmond American Homes offers more than 30 neighborhoods across Las Vegas, with a wide range of floor plans to fit every lifestyle.

Homes range from two-bedroom plans with 1,100 square feet to six-bedroom designs with just over 4,000 square feet.

Prices span from the mid- $100,000s to the low $600,000s, and models are open for touring at most neighborhoods.

Sales centers and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday, when the offices open at noon.

To complete Richmond American's one-stop shopping convenience, home buyers can take advantage of the mortgage and insurance services offered through the company's affiliates, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp. and American Home Insurance Agency.

Richmond American has built and sold more than 150,000 homes over the past 35 years.

Its parent company, M.D.C. Holdings Inc., has been on Forbes magazine's "Platinum List" of the 400 best big companies in America eight times.

It was also recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the nation's "Most Admired Builders."
