New Pricing Introduced At Rhodes Homes' X*It Community

Rhodes Homes is making homeownership more attainable with new pricing at its X*It townhome community. Prices now start at $169,990 for the three-story homes ranging from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet.

"X*It is one of our proudest achievements and we have been working hard to make the homes here even more affordable for new home buyers," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes. "This is by far our most modern and efficient collection."

With bright colored buildings and bold contemporary architecture, X*It's three-story homes have proven popular among those who want a truly unique urban living environment. Since its opening, Soucie said the developer has found a new generation of home owners -- those who want the comforts of a neighborhood while being close to the Las Vegas Strip and major retail centers.

Located near the corner of West Tropicana Avenue and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, in the southwestern portion of the valley, X*It is within minutes of the Strip, as well as hundreds of shopping and dining options, including The Home Depot, Ross, Starbucks and Applebee's.

"And with our new pricing structure, a monthly mortgage is comparable to rent payments for similar size homes in the area," Soucie said. "At X*It, homeowners get even more with access to an on-site workout facility, pool and clubhouse. Why rent when you can own your own home in one of the best areas of the city?"

X*It's model homes include Plan 1663, Plan 1690 and Plan 1759, named for their respective square footage. Each home is offered with a two-car garage on the first level, a second-floor terrace and walk-in closets, as well as a first-floor hobby room or den that can also be used as an artist's studio, home gym or office.

Plan 1663 is offered with one bedroom, 21/2 baths, the hobby room and a loft. The loft can be optioned as a second bedroom and is located on the home's third floor. X*It's Plan 1690 is offered with two bedrooms, a den and 21/2 baths. Plan 1759 includes two bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a first-floor bonus room. Both of these plans feature a third-floor laundry room.

Residents at X*It enjoy a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse with a multi-purpose recreation room, exercise room, full kitchen and lounge/media area. Outside, residents and their guests enjoy a pool, spa and deck area.

Standard features at X*It include kitchens with granite countertops, pantries and recessed lighting. The homes also include Moen faucets throughout, seven and 1/2-inch baseboards, raised panel solid wood doors and pre-wiring in all rooms for surround sound, ceiling fans and cable.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing 16 communities throughout the city with homes to fit every family's lifestyle.

To visit X*It by Rhodes Homes, take Interstate 215 to Tropicana Avenue. Head East on Tropicana to the community on the left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 434-4449 or visit rhodeshomes.com.
