Toll Brothers offers array of pool designs

Toll Brothers, builder of luxury homes, showcases an array of pool designs at all of its Las Vegas neighborhoods.

In addition to private pools, neighborhoods like Mirasol at Mountain's Edge feature a pool house recreation destination exclusively for residents' use. Distinguished by a two-story Mediterranean cabana, the Mirasol setting has a 2,000-square-foot pool, spa, covered patio and barbecue area. Designed in an open-air style, the pool house has a second-floor lookout area with a view of the mountains.

  • "We held our first Mirasol homeowner's pool party here last month," Toby Frend, Toll Brothers project manager, said. "It was a great opportunity for friends and neighbors to socialize and enjoy the Mirasol lifestyle."

Mirasol at Mountain's Edge features seven two-story, single-family homes in two collections -- Balboa and Monterossa. All seven of these home designs have been modeled and are available for viewing. The Balboa Collection includes four floor plans -- Miramar, Sonoma, Solano and Verano.

Ranging from 2,489 to 3,151 square feet, the homes are designed with courtyards, master suites, formal dining rooms and great rooms. Home prices begin in the upper $300,000s.

Mirasol's Monterossa Collection includes three floor plans -- Botticelli, Bellini and Trapani -- from 2,600 to 3,142 square feet. Prices start from the upper $500,000s.

Madera at Mountain's Edge, which is nearing completion, has several quick delivery homes ranging from 3,700 to 4,229 square feet. Prices start from the low $600,000s.

According to Robert Charles Lesser & Co., an independent real estate advisory firm, Mountain's Edge was the No. 1 selling master planned community in the United States in 2007.

Situated in the foothills of southwestern Las Vegas, the 3,500-acre family oriented master plan will include four elementary schools, shopping centers, restaurants and more than 500 acres of parks and trails upon completion.

"Mirasol and Madera at Mountain's Edge represent unprecedented value," Frend said. "It's a buyer's market. Owning a Toll Brothers home is within the realm for many of today's home buyers."

Toll Brothers builds homes in six regions of the country and operates 300 communities nationwide.

It is the only public home builder to have won all three of the industry's highest honors including America's Best Builder from the National Association of Home Builders and National Builder of the Year. For more information, visit TollBrothers.com.
