Toll Brothers' offerings include Summerlin's Traccia

Located in Summerlin with a clubhouse at its hub, Traccia by Toll Brothers offers a variety of home collections including the Huntington, Newport and Balboa, which ranges from 1,660 to 3,151 square feet. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

The Huntington Collection features two two-story floor plans, all with master suites. Walk-in closets and two-car garages are also included in these homes. Floor plans range from 1,660 to 1,830 square feet.

  • A circular foyer provides the entrance to the two-bedroom, 21/2-bath Amador plan. Upstairs there's room for entertaining in the oversized loft. The Belle Monte plan's covered entry flows into the living room.

    The kitchen has ample counter space, plus a center island. Some homes feature mountain, Red Rock or community views from second-floor lofts. The Newport Collection includes three two-story plans with master suites on the second floor and two-car garages. Homes range from 1,830 to 2,012 square feet.

    The Covina has a fireplace in the great room. Highlights on the second floor include a master suite with Roman tub, walk-in closets, a loft and two secondary bedrooms.

    The two-bedroom, 21/2-bath Madera opens to a foyer and then to a private dining room. The great room has a fireplace, and the adjacent kitchen has an oversized center island and breakfast bar. The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor.

    The Mariposa is the third Newport floor plans. Highlights include common areas as well as retreats. A foyer ceiling opens to the second floor.

    The Balboa Collection has three three-bedroom, two-story floor plans with master suites. Homes range from 2,494 to more than 3,151 square feet.

    A circular entry leads to formal living and dining rooms in the Sonoma floor plan.

    A courtyard entry invites guests into the Solano plan. This home has a bonus room with private access from the outside.

    The largest of the floor plans, the Verano, flows from the circular foyer to the formal dining and living rooms and onto a large great room with a kitchen and breakfast area. The second floor has a retreat in the master suite, a bonus room and two additional bedrooms.

    To visit Traccia, from Interstate 215 North, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit at Sahara Avenue traveling west and take the first right into the entrance of Traccia.
