Tuscany Village offers golf-course amenities

Residents at Tuscany Residential Village are offered an active lifestyle with an expertly designed golf course and 35,000 square-foot recreation center in the heart of the neighborhood.

At the La Vita Tuscana recreation center, there are private and group exercise classes held to live music by the pool on designated Friday nights.

  • The center features a living-room-style great room with a large fireplace, flat-screen television, overstuffed couches and chairs and tables for reading, chatting or a game of cards. Professional instructors host lessons in kick boxing, dance and Pilates in the fitness center. Two racquetball courts and a full-size basketball gym are also part of the center's indoor sports activities. Outside amenities include a regulation lap pool, basketball court and tennis courts.

    The 221,000-gallon pool is the patio's centerpiece with a 3-inch wading area for toddlers and two spas with five waterfalls for adults.

    "The pool at La Vita Tuscana is comparable to any resort pool on the Strip," said Sales Associate Michael Blevins.

    The recreation center includes classrooms for instruction in arts and crafts and music. These rooms are available as party rentals for residents.

    The Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr., is a 6,906-yard, par 72 course named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas. Residents receive discounted daily rates and annual packages at the golf course.

    The guard-gated neighborhood offers 24-hour patrol without special fees, outside of the homeowner's association, Blevins said. Residents also receive 50 channels of basic cable television. Home prices begin from the high $100,000s.

    The community's Zanetti neighborhood will offer two- to four-bedroom homes starting from 1,264 square feet. The La Luna neighborhood offers single- and two-story options with casitas. Floor plans begin at 1,724 square feet. Floor plans within Pesaro will measure from 2,379 square feet and offer semi-custom design.
