The Cortona features split-level living, offering a dining room adjacent to a kitchen with breakfast island and morning room. The second-floor master suite has a walk-in closet, tub with separate shower and private deck. There is also an additional bedroom with a private bath plus a library.

The main feature of the Trebbiano is a great-room layout surrounded by windows and accentuated by a vaulted ceiling. On the second-floor, the master suite features a walk-in closet, tub with separate shower and private view deck. Also included are two additional bedrooms and a second bath.

In the Toscanelli, a distinctive wrap-around porch connects with the living room. The kitchen features ample storage and is adjacent to the family and dining rooms. Upstairs features a master suite with two walk-in closets, vista deck and two secondary bedrooms.

In addition to Lake Las Vegas Resort amenities, Vita Bella residents have an exclusive community swimming pool, spa and cabanas. For additional information, call 564-6824 or visit TollBrothers.com.

NO PAY wrote on August 03, 2008 09:22 AM: NEVER ever pay "association fees"! This is such a rip-off to the community property owners in Las Vegas. Too many HOA's are just little gossip cottages where nothing gets done and they try to run your miserable life. The so-called property management companies are ripping-off too many HOAs for such little value and service. NEVER ever pay "association fees"!
