Rhodes Homes sells out of Greens' first two phases

After debuting The Greens last month, Rhodes Homes has sold out of the neighborhood's first two phases and predicts the popularity of this neighborhood to continue with home buyers.

"These homes are an amazing value and even include standard features that would be considered upgrades in other communities," Taylor Smith, sales associate, said.

Rhodes Ranch was created in 1999. The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club has received numerous local and national awards and the Fun Zone Water Park is a family-oriented one-of-a-kind park. Many of the community's neighborhoods offer golf course, mountain and city views and most are within walking distance to its amenities.

Standard features in homes at The Greens include finished garages, a barbecue stub in the rear yards and raised panel entry doors. Inside, the homes include kitchen pantries, crown molding in the kitchens, custom rounded corners and pre-wiring for cable, phone, ceiling fans and alarms.

Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is currently developing dozens of communities throughout the city with homes to fit every family's lifestyle.
