MORE CHOICES: Toll Brothers introduces Select Collection

Builder offers floor plans priced from the high $100,000s at Inspirada master plan in Henderson

Toll Brothers has introduced the Select Collection at Inspirada, a master -planned community in Henderson. Select Collection home buyers have the opportunity to upgrade their homes, but they won't have to pay for options they don't want. Inspirada's Select Collection homes start in the upper $100,000s.

"The Select Collection's prices reflect outstanding value and provide our home buyers with more choices," said Gary Mayo, president of Toll Brothers' Las Vegas division. "People only pay for the upgrades that they select."

  • The Toll Brothers at Inspirada Select Collection includes a choice of 20 floor plans.

    Select Collection single-family series of homes include the Barcelona, priced from the upper $400,000s; the Balboa, priced from the mid-$300,000s; and the Coronado, priced from the upper $200,000s. These homes range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet with up to four bedrooms.

    The Casa Citta Select Collection includes townhomes ranging from 2,736 to 2,817 square feet, with prices starting from the upper $200,000s. A Henderson version of legendary brownstones, the Casa Cittas include a trio of three-story homes with three or four bedrooms. The Castellos Select Collection of condominiums range from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet. Each mansion-styled structure includes four condominium homes with up to three bedrooms, priced from the upper $100,000s.

    Sixteen decorated models, including single-family houses, townhome and condominiums, are presented with upgrades available to Select Collection home buyers.

    Inspirada has created a friendly, open streetscape environment. Each of seven villages will have a central park and community center, with residents never more than a quarter-mile stroll from neighborhood amenities.

    Toll Brothers homes are designed with a village concept, are pedestrian friendly and feature streets that are designed with elements such as landscaped center islands and gentle curves. In addition to the amenities of the Inspirada master plan, Toll Brothers homeowners will enjoy use of a clubhouse, which will include a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two pools and a tot lot.
