  • According to Dana Rogers, vice president of sales and marketing, the home builder's Summerlin neighborhoods are popular with valley home buyers seeking affordable living in one of America's best-selling master-planned communities.

"There is significant value to the Summerlin brand," Rogers said. "Most people appreciate living in a community with a built-in lifestyle and proven track record of success."

Kingwood Knoll features seven one- and two-story plans from 1,515 to 2,224 square feet. Home prices start in the upper $200,000s.

Montage at West Park features five two- and three-story homes of 1,857 to 2,103 square feet, situated around a central courtyard. The homes have side access garages. Prices start in the upper $200,000s.

Travata at West Park features two- and three-story floor plans range from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, priced starting in the $300,000s.

Montage and Travata at West Park share a neighborhood pool, spa and park. According to Julie Cleaver, vice president of planning and design for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, neighborhood amenities have significantly grown in popularity during the last few years.

"Most of our actively selling neighborhoods feature pool, spa and park areas designed exclusively for neighborhood residents," Cleaver said. "They are ideal for a variety of purposes, including lounging in the sun as well as hosting social gatherings."
