Robb & Stucky to design Veer Towers studios in CityCenter

Robb & Stucky Interiors, a premier home-furnishings retailer and interior design firm, has partnered with CityCenter, a more than $9 billion, 67-acre urban resort destination under construction on the Las Vegas Strip, to furnish a select number of studios at CityCenter's Veer Towers.

Destined to be the ultimate Las Vegas crash pads, these residences will feature panoramic cityscape views.

  • Traditionally sold as unfurnished spaces, these units feature exclusive furnishing packages from Robb & Stucky Interiors and are priced from the low $500,000s.

Created to maximize the layout of Veer studios, three distinct packages are offered at no additional cost above the purchase price. The packages include "Zoom Room Vegas," "Turn-the-Key & Move-In" and "Totally Custom. Totally Cool." This third package offers homebuyers the option to customize the interior of their unit with a $12,000 gift card from Robb & Stucky.

A fourth option, available for a minimal upgrade fee, is "Zoom Room Vegas Plus," a complete turnkey package that combines the Zoom Bed option with complimentary Robb & Stucky furnishings.

According to Dan Lubner, president of Robb & Stucky Interiors' resort division, this program allows buyers a virtually effortless way to purchase and furnish a home -- or home away from home -- in the heart of Las Vegas.

"As the country's leading home furnishings retailer and interior design firm, Robb & Stucky Interiors is the ideal partner for busy professionals, executives and part-time Las Vegas residents seeking the ultimate move-in convenience at Veer Towers," Lubner said. "Our turn-key interior design packages and custom floor-to-ceiling design service make Veer Towers an even more attractive option for the city's elite movers and shakers. Whether buyers wish to create an entirely customized space or take advantage of fully furnished turnkey residences, Veer Towers offers limitless choices created with the ease of a Vegas getaway in mind."

Robb & Stucky Interiors' exclusive furniture and living collections enhance studios with premium materials and original designs in a variety of chic, modern and contemporary styles and palettes.

Select packages include Veer's signature "Zoom Room" wall and bed -- a state-of-the-art, remote-controlled retractable bed system that disappears into the studio's wall -- creating extra space.

Other select packages include units that offer a combination of flat-screen televisions with DVD players by Magnolia Audio Visual, solar shade window treatments by EcoVeil MechoShades, area rugs, lighting, artwork, custom kitchens, even bedding and linen collections.

Distinctively designed as two 37-story glass towers leaning in opposite directions (five degrees from center), Veer Towers is taking shape as the residential icon at the heart of CityCenter, according to Lubner.

Founded in 1915 in Fort Myers, Fla., Robb & Stucky is a nationally recognized interior design and premier home furnishings retailer with showrooms in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Costa Rica.

Celebrating more than 90 years, Robb & Stucky recently opened showrooms in Costa Rica and Las Vegas. The outdoor division of Robb & Stucky expanded with the opening of showrooms in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
